In these Terms & Conditions:
Soulhouse refers to the operator of this website, established in the Netherlands.
Customer / You refers to any natural or legal person using the website or entering into an agreement with Soulhouse.
Products refers to all physical goods, digital products, courses, content, and services offered through the website.
Agreement refers to any contract concluded between Soulhouse and the customer via the website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of products and services provided by Soulhouse. Any deviation from these terms is valid only if agreed upon in writing. By using this website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
All information, product descriptions, prices, and availability shown on the website are provided with due care. However, obvious errors or inaccuracies do not bind Soulhouse. Images and descriptions are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
An agreement is concluded at the moment Soulhouse confirms your order by email or grants access to digital content. Soulhouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or incorrect pricing.
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed using the available payment methods before products are shipped or digital access is provided. Soulhouse may change prices at any time but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Physical products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Digital products, courses, and online content are made available electronically after payment. Soulhouse is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical products within 14 days after receipt without giving reasons. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Digital content once access has been granted
Online courses once started
Event tickets or workshops once booked or attended
After withdrawal, Soulhouse will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
All intellectual property rights relating to the website, content, courses, texts, images, videos, and materials belong to Soulhouse or its licensors. Content may be used for personal purposes only and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
Participation in events, workshops, and courses is at your own responsibility. Soulhouse reserves the right to change schedules, locations, or instructors when necessary. In the event of cancellation by Soulhouse, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered.
Soulhouse’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Soulhouse is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities, insofar as permitted by Dutch law.
Products, teachings, guidance, and information provided by Soulhouse are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional where appropriate. Use of products and participation in sessions is at your own discretion and risk.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. By using this website, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Complaints should be submitted in writing via the contact details provided on the website. Soulhouse will respond within a reasonable period. EU consumers may also submit disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
Soulhouse reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website and applies from the moment of publication.
