I’ve had this book for two weeks now, and every day I read a chapter—or sometimes just a single sentence—depending on what I need in that moment. I write down everything that resonates with me and keep revisiting the insights.
In just two weeks, I’ve gone from complete chaos in my mind and home to experiencing more and more peace, joy, and clarity.
I am changing so much.

Everything finally fell into place, and now I know that what I’ve been feeling all along is real.
